Retortable Film Structure for Sterilization
With the growing popularity of ready-to-eat foods, retortable packaging has seen a significant increase in usage. Recognizing the importance of packaging integrity especially during retort, We has instituted stringent on-line
quality control checks. Our 8 point checks on the sealing areas, as well as burst strength test are all designed
to ensure that every retort pouch leaving the factory meets or exceed the required specification.We supplies retortable packaging for sterilization up to 130 ºC in either 3 side seal or stand up pouch, with additional option for special
shaped pouch.Available in aluminum foil containing structures or transparent with barrier films for good protection.
Hot Filling Film Structure for High temperature Filling Process
Hot Fill pouches are manufactured with selected materials capable of withstanding the high temperatures, generally from 80°C to 100 ºC, as well as excellent hot tack seal. This will ensure that the pouch will not deform or leak during and after hot filling. Some of the common material structures of hot fill packaging can be summarized as Clear: NY/RCPP ; PET/LLDPE ; NY/LLDPE ; PET/RCPP ; PET/NY/RCPP. Non-clear; NY/AL/LLDPE ; PET/AL/LLDPE.
Non-Foil Film Structure for Microwave
Microwavable pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for microwave application. Some of the common material structures of microwavable packaging are OPP/CPP; PET/LLDPE; NY/LLDPE.

Low Temperature Film Structure for Freezing
Frozen pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for low temperature storage, generally from -4 ºC to -18 ºC. Extremely low temperature requirements of up to -30°C are available upon request. Our specially formulated LLDPE is especially resistant to low temperatures, high impact strength, and puncture resistant. Some of the common material structures of frozen packaging are NY/LLDPE, LLDPE/LLDPE, PET/LLDPE.

Laser Scoring or Linear Materials for Linear Tearing
To offer easy linear tearing properties, either laser scoring or linear materials such as linear NY and linear PET need to be incorporated. Laser scoring is a process of utilizing a laser beam to make a cut of a specified depth in the designated part of the packaging, which allows consumers to tear/open the packaging in a straight line. The laser scored line will allow for controlled tearing propagation while maintaining package integrity and barrier properties. Manufacturing the pouch with linear materials however, gives easy linear tearing property to the pouch without the need to score the material structure, but with higher material cost.
