The plant - modern design with international standards

Our plant compartmentalize each department according to the flow of the process of production. With steel panels on all ceiling and walls, and epoxy coating on all flooring within the production area, hygiene standards are kept at tip-top conditions. All entry into the production floor must go through precise sanitation and hygiene stations; change of work cloths and shoes, washing of hands with soap and sanitized with alcohol spray, and finally through the air shower chamber before reaching production. All raw materials from the warehouse to the production floor must also go through a separate air shower chamber to eliminate potential contamination.

Confirmation of product specifications - design – confirmed artwork – confirmed IRIS proof – cylinder making – printing – laminating – curing or aging – slitting – bag making – final QA – delivery to customer
